ORDER 8 COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL 9 SECURITY, 10 Defendants. 11 It is hereby ORDERED that attorney fees in the amount of $2,172.40 and costs in 12 the amount of $400 shall be awarded to Plaintiff pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice 13 Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412. Attorney fees will be paid to Plaintiff’s attorney, dependent upon 14 verification that Plaintiff has no debt which qualifies for offset against the awarded fees, 15 pursuant to the Treasury Offset Program as discussed in Astrue v. Ratliff, 560 U.S. 586 16 (2010). Attorney costs are paid pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1920. If Plaintiff has no such 17 debt, then the fees shall be delivered via electronic funds transfer or by check made out 18 to Plaintiff’s attorney and mailed to Plaintiff’s attorney’s office1 as follows: NW Disability 19 benefits, LLC dba Kerr Robichaux & Carroll (TID 85-3999428), P.O. Box 14490, 20 Portland, OR 97293.
