See Astrue v. Ratliff, 130 S.Ct. 2521 (2010). If it is 25 determined that Plaintiff’s EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under the Department of the 26 Treasury’s Offset Program, then payment will be made via electronic funds to the Plaintiff’s counsel or 27 by check made payable to Teal M.
