BARNES, J. (concurring). I concur in the result in this case in deference to the decisions of the court in Jones v. Jones, 66 Wis. 310, 28 N. W. 177, and other eases of like
*19 tenor cited in tbe opinion. The law as declared in these cases has become a rule of property and should not now be changed by judicial decision. Were the question an original one I should unhesitatingly say that the will gave to the widow a life estate in the real property coupled with a power of sale.
