I dissent. Contrary to the majority, I am of the opinion that Borodine failed to prove a loss of earning capacity or a true loss of her earning potential. Unlike Colvin, Boro-dine was not impaired from carrying on her primary profession for which she had training and experience. The legislature did not intend to compensate people for doing less than what they have a capacity or desire to do.
