ON REHEARING

SAM W. TAYLOR, Judge.

On rehearing, appellant raises the issue based on the recent United States Supreme Court opinion Solem v. Helm, - U.S. -, 103 S.Ct. 3001, 77 L.Ed.2d 637 (1983). We have reviewed the sentence in this case applying the principles of Solem v. Helm and are convinced that the sentence is proportional and does not constitute cruel and unusual punishment.
