On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

Based on the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Keeton, 797 So.2d 421 (Ala.2000), the trial court’s judgment is to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
