Anderson v. State

It having been ascertained and determined that the petition for writ of habeas corpus in this proceeding was prematurely and improperly presented to the Probate Judge, and that said Judge was without jurisdiction to hear and determine same, it follows that an order must be here entered dismissing this appeal.
