Springfield Fire Marine Ins. Co. v. Armstrong

This is a companion case to that of Hartford Fire Ins. Co. v. Armstrong 219 Ala. 208, 122 So. 23. On authority of that case the judgment in this case is reversed and the cause is remanded.
