Hogeland v. Stover

On consideration of the petition for extraordinary relief in the nature of a writ of habeas corpus, or in the alternative, a writ of mandamus, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied without prejudice to further consideration by the Court should the Court of Criminal Appeals not give prompt consideration to a petition, if any, filed in that Court. See Rule 4(b)(1), Rules of Practice and Procedure.
