UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff Appellee,
v.
Alvin WILLIAMS, Defendant Appellant.
No. 93-7305.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: Sept. 6, 1994
Decided: Sept. 19, 1994.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, at Wheeling. Frederick P. Stamp, Jr., Chief District Judge. (CR-91-16, CA-93-75)
Alvin Williams, Appellant Pro Se.
Thomas Oliver Mucklow, Assistant United States Attorney, Wheeling, WV, for Appellee.
N.D.W.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before RUSSELL, LUTTIG, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Williams, Nos. CR-91-16; CA-93-75 (N.D.W. Va. Nov. 17, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
