Pearlie M. McGILL, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, Defendant-Appellee.
No. 91-1016.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted April 8, 1991.
Decided April 24, 1991.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. William M. Nickerson, District Judge. (CA-90-1836-WN)
Perlie M. McGill, appellant pro se.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before MURNAGHAN, SPROUSE and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Pearlie M. McGill appeals from the district court's order dismissing her employment discrimination action for failure to file a complaint within ninety days of receiving a right to sue letter, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Sec. 2000e-5(f)(1). Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. McGill v. General Electric Co., CA-90-1836-WN (D.Md.Nov. 28, 1990). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
