PER CURIAM:* Randle Garza is charged with conspiring to distribute or possessing with intent to distribute cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, and ecstacy, in violation of21 U.S.C. §§ 841
and 846. He appeals from an order of detention issued by the district court. The evidence as a whole supports the district court’s conclusion that no conditions of release exist that would reasonably assure the safety of the community were Garza to be released pending trial. See18 U.S.C. § 3142
; United States v. Hare,873 F.2d 796
