PER CURIAM:* Jonathan Fulcher, Mississippi prisoner No. 49574, requests a certificate of appealability (“COA”) to file a cross-appeal of Greer’s appeal from the district court’s interlocutory order holding Fulcher’s28 U.S.C. § 2254
petition in abeyance pending his exhaustion of an unexhausted claim. As the Mississippi Supreme Court has now denied Fulcher’s application for permission to seek post-conviction relief with regard to the unexhausted issue, both Fulcher’s appeal and * Pursuant to 5TH CIR.
