MEMORANDUM ^**

Chaudri G. Qadir appeals pro se the district court’s denial of his motion seeking reconsideration of the district court’s judgment dismissing his action for failure to comply with the court’s order to file a second amended complaint. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We review for abuse of discretion, School Dist. No. 1J, Multnomah County v. ACandS, Inc., 5 F.3d 1255, 1262-63 (9th Cir.1993), and affirm.¹

All remaining requests for relief are denied.
