PER CURIAM.

The petition to review by certiorari the decision of the district court appearing as Lowe v. State, 226 So.2d 430 (2d Dist.Ct.App.Fla.1969), is hereby denied. See State v. Reynolds, Fla., 238 So.2d 598, Opinion filed March 11, 1970.
