PER CURIAM.

On this appeal by the defendant below from a robbery conviction the contention is presented that the state failed to prove' the elements of the crime. Having considered the briefs and examined the record we reject appellant’s contention of insufficiency of evidence, and accordingly affirm the judgment.

Affirmed.
