Boone v. State

PER CURIAM.

The appellant was informed against, tried without a jury and found guilty of robbery. On this appeal he seeks reversal on a contention of insufficiency of the evidence, specifically as it related to the issue of identification. Examination of the record impels us to conclude that the contention is without merit.

Affirmed.
