PER CURIAM.

This court has carefully considered the record and the briefs of counsel and, on the authority of North Carolina v. Alford, 400 U.S. 25, 91 S.Ct. 160, 27 L.Ed.2d 162 (1970), we find that the trial court properly accepted the defendant’s plea of guilty. See also Estes v. State, Fla.App. (1st) 1974, 294 So.2d 122.
