PER CURIAM.

The denial of appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Rule 3.850, Fla.R.Crim.P., is affirmed without prejudice to appellant’s right to seek other relief to contest the alleged error of the Parole and Probation Commission in assigning appellant’s presumptive parole release date.
