Rowe v. State

PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals his convictions for attempted sexual battery and robbery. We agree that the written judgment incorrectly reflects that appellant was convicted of sexual battery and remand to the trial court to correct the judgment accordingly. In all other respects, we affirm.
