Nobile v. State

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order denying post conviction relief sought under Rule 3.850. Because the initial petition coupled with the motion for rehearing are sufficient to warrant a hearing, we reverse the order and remand the motion for a hearing.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
