PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of mandamus and direct the respondent to hold a hearing on petitioner’s request for reimbursement of attorney’s fees under section 230.234, Florida Statutes (1989), within sixty days from the date of the mandate in this case. This decision does not constitute a ruling on petitioner’s entitlement to such reimbursement.
