Rivers v. Southeast Bank Leasing Co.

PER CURIAM.

Joseph R. Rivers appeals an adverse summary final judgment in an action for breach of an equipment lease agreement. Leaving entirely aside the applicability of section 687.0304, Florida Statutes (1989), we conclude that there was no disputed issue of material fact and that appellee was entitled to judgment as a matter of law.

Affirmed.
