Horn v. State

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the convictions but must vacate the consecutive habitual offender sentences and remand the case for resentencing. Hale v. State, 630 So.2d 521 (Fla. 5th DCA 1993).

SENTENCE VACATED; REMANDED.
