PER CURIAM.

We find no reversible error in the judgment in favor of Eileen G. Begnaud [“Beg-naud”] on the appellant’s claim; however, Begnaud has conceded error in the award to her of $9,000.00 on the counterclaim and it is herewith vacated.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part.
