Foster v. State

PER CURIAM.

The appellant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed. However, we remand this case to the trial court to enter a single corrected judgment. The judgment should reflect that the appellant was found guilty by jury of trafficking in cocaine and driving while license suspended.
