PER CURIAM.

We affirm the denial of unemployment benefits to the appellanVteacher based upon sections 443.091(3)(a) and (c), Florida Statutes (1999) which makes teachers ineligible for unemployment benefits when they are temporarily unemployed between academic terms or years but have a reasonable assurance of being re-employed as a teacher during the next academic term or year.

Affirmed.
