Ventura v. State

PER CURIAM.

Finding that there is insufficient basis in the record to conclude that the defendant failed to appear at a “sentencing” hearing¹ as contemplated by the assistance agreement, we reverse the sentence of 60 years imposed by the trial court. The cause is remanded for further proceedings.

Reversed and remanded.
