Ferguson v. State

PER CURIAM.

Henry Ferguson appeals the denial of his motion to reduce or mitigate sentence pursuant to Rule 3.800(c), Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure. Appellant alleged that his sentence is illegal. The trial court’s order is affirmed without prejudice for appellant to file a legally sufficient motion to correct an illegal sentence pursuant to Rule 3.800(a), Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure.
