Having considered the appellant’s response to this Court’s order of June 11, 2004, as well as the appellant’s supplemental Response to Order filed on July 16, 2004, this appeal is hereby DISMISSED. This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant’s right to file an appeal when a final administrative order disposing of the appellant’s claims has been rendered.
