The respondents have filed a motion to dismiss the petition for writ of certiorari and the Court having heard argument of counsel thereon, it is, upon consideration thereof

Ordered and adjudged that the said motion be and the same is hereby granted, and the petition for writ of certiorari filed in this cause, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
