Upon consideration of the motion of counsel for the appellant to dismiss the appeal in this cause, it is
Ordered that the said motion he and the same is hereby granted and the appeal in this cause commenced by notice of appeal filed in the Court of Record for Broward County, Florida, on March 18, 1960, be and the same is hereby dismissed.
