PER CURIAM.

Petitioner filed a timely notice of appeal for review of the circuit court’s order denying amended motion for postconviction relief. That appeal is currently pending before this court in ease number 1D12-4739. Accordingly, the instant petition seeking belated appeal is denied as moot.
