De La Rosa v. Estrella

SUAREZ, J.

Rafael Ramos De La Rosa appeals from a denial of his motion to dismiss the Complaint. We dismiss that portion of the appeal based on lack of standing, as this is not an appealable non-final order. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130. In all other respects, we affirm the order on appeal. Applegate v. Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1150, 1152 (Fla.1979).

Dismissed in part, affirmed in part.
