Tedder v. State

The court is unanimous in the opinion that there is no merit in the special grounds of error, nor any in the exceptions to the charge of the court. A majority of the court are of the opinion that the evidence authorized the conviction of the accused. In my opinion, the evidence is not sufficient to point conclusively to the accused as the thief, or as a participant in the theft from the prosecutor. Judgment affirmed,
