I concur because I am bound by the cited cases and the legal tenet that "[stability and certainty in law are *178desirable; [and] stare decisis is a valid and compelling basis of argument.” Hall v. Hopper, 234 Ga. 625, 631 (216 SE2d 839). In my view a municipality is just as liable for its design and construction of an inherently dangerous intersection, whether or not it erects a warning or stop sign, as it is if it does erect a stop sign and fails to maintain it in a responsible manner.
