I respectfully dissent because I find the “Non-Duplication of Benefits” provision of DTRIC’s policies in this case to be clear and unambiguous and not in contravention of Ha-wai'i Revised Statutes § 431:10C-302 (providing for optional wage loss benefits coverage).
