Concurring. — I concur in the conclusion reached that the judgment of the trial court should be affirmed, and base my concurrence upon the failure of appellant to deny, as required by sec. 4201, Rev. Codes, the genuineness and due execution of the deed, upon which the defense was founded and which was annexed to and made a part of the answer.
