In Re Downs

Petition to review a judgment of the Bar Commission in disbarment. This case is on all-fours with that of In reDampier, ante, p. 195, 267 P. 452, and should be governed by the principles therein announced, supplemented by the recent holdings in In re Edwards, 45 Idaho 676,266 P. 665. The judgment of the Bar Commission is set aside, and the proceedings should be ordered dismissed.
