In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its order denying leave to file an interlocutory appeal in Fosse v. Pensabene, case No. 2-04-1267 (01/21/05), to allow the appeal and to address the matter on the merits.
