dissenting: Although all the evidence of the plaintiff’s condition and treatment for weeks after the occurrence may have failed to convince the jury that she received any injury, it was their duty to answer the questions submitted fairly and consistently. This they did not do and plaintiff was thereby deprived of her right to a fair trial.
