PER CURIAM.

Respondent, Randall J. Cashio, seeks review of a ruling of the disciplinary board imposing a public reprimand. Having reviewed the record and the briefs of the parties, we find the Office of Disciplinary Counsel failed to prove the charged misconduct by clear and' convincing evidence.

Accordingly, it is the judgment of this court that the formal charges be and hereby are dismissed.
