In re: Leroy H. Scott, III applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ denied. Considering that indigency was not raised in the trial court, we find no abuse of discretion in the conditions imposed.

SANDERS, C. J., and MARCUS, J., having dissented from the granting of the original writ, concur in the denial of this writ. DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., are of thé opinion a hearing could be held in the trial court to determine the indigency of the applicant.
