That, George H. Guillory, Jr., be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name George H. Guillory, Jr. be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys, and that George H. Guillory, Jr., be and he hereby is disbarred on his consent, George H. Guillory, Jr. to bear the costs of these proceedings.
