Nodier v. Civil District Court

PER CURIAM.

Relator’s application is denied as moot. This Court on July 1,1992, granted the relief relator continues to seek. Apparently the New Orleans Police Department was not served with this Court’s order. Accordingly, that service is ordered anew.
