This case was consolidated with the case of Marjorie LeBlanc v. Roland Paul Aucoin No. 9143 below as well as on appeal.

For the reasons this day assigned in case No. 9143, La.App., 276 So.2d 737, the judgment of the Lower Court is hereby affirmed at appellant’s costs.

Judgment affirmed.
