Waters v. Rucker Pharmacal Co.

BOLIN, Judge.

This case was consolidated with Hicks v. Rucker Pharmacal Company, Inc., 367 So.2d 399 (La.App. 2nd Cir. 1978).

Ms. Waters terminated her employment with defendant on August 17, 1972. For the reasons assigned in the aboye mentioned case, the judgment is amended to provide for interest to run from August 17, 1972 until paid. Otherwise the judgment is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
