For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of James Hebert, et al. v. Southwest Louisiana Electric Membership Corporation, et al, 95-405 (La.App. 3 Cir. 12/27/95); 667 So.2d 1148, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to appellant.
