State v. Lastrapes

Defendant’s convictions are reversed and this case is remanded to the trial court for the reasons assigned in State v. Lastrapes, 99-83 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/30/99); 743 So.2d 224.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
