The facts and issues of this appeal have been discussed in the companion case of Persinger v. Purvis, et al., La.App., 160 So.2d 27, rendered this same date. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with all costs of this appeal assessed against appellant.
